There is Costco and there is Sam's. You have Knot's Berry Farm and you have Disney. You make the comparison.
I really enjoyed my visit this time; found just about everything I didn't need and then most of what I needed.

Janesville Sams Club
Large pre-Thanksgiving crowd but was still able to be in and out in 30 mins. Knew what I wanted and didn't wander up and down each aisle. Haven't been there in months and was surprised to see the Sushi station and the juice bar. Not a sushi fan but will try the juice bar in the future. I'm a fan of the two greeters at the exit so the line doesn't get huge.
I love this place-spent $800 for snow tires to be put on our minivan, and $200 on food. It’s clean, people are friendly and helpful, and they carry a lot of great items. I think the recent changes they made with things are a big improvement-especially love the fresh squeezed juice! The Scan & Go app is clutch as well.
That said, I STILL retain a Costco membership and make the trip up to Sun Prairie every so often because they simply have a much better selection of organic items. I just spent $700 up there today to get things I can’t find at Sam’s, inlcluding:
-organic flour
-organic peanut butter
-organic jam
-organic rice
-organic pasta
-organic dried fruit
-coconut milk
-organic mac n’ cheese
-organic butter
-organic brown sugar
-kosher salt (non-iodized)
-soy sauce
I would love to just use Sam’s because we live closer to Janesville, but until they up their game on carrying more organic stuff, I will reluctantly continue to make the trek north for thise items.
I was at terminal # SCO11216 on 10/20/23 @ 13:32 pm. The clerk, who was Asian, was an absolute delight! I did not get her name but I hope the info I gave you will assist you in identifying her and letting her know how much I enjoyed our brief encounter. She was fun, engaging, joking with me and overall made my experience at Sams so enjoyable! You need more like her!
The handicap cart are horrible. We had to go through three in one visit to the store. We have complained many times management is totally unresponsive.
They have a nice variety of items..if you have a large family or just stock up for the month it's always worth the trip.
